Michael L. Haynes
Mr. Haynes currently is a partner in Correct Electric Company and is a 3 year
apprentice electrician. Prior to that, he was the managing partner in Royal Pinnacle Mortgage, Inc. Mr.
Haynes was Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of the America’s Children Dental Clinic. He was President and a co-owner of Millennium Construction and Consulting LLC.
Millennium was a design and installation contracting firm installing fiber optic cable, copper and coax wire. Mr. Haynes was CEO, Chief Pilot in his own FAA, 135 Air Carrier Operation, Mr. Haynes was ramp agent/manager of Airport Operations, providing air-Chart for Federal Express in charge of all operations, within a five-state region servicing eight airports.
He was also the founder of Lance Airways’ Unique Air Express, Inc. and has heldan FAA pilot license for over 25 years. Mr. Haynes is an ordained Christian Minister and was honorablydischarged from the United States Air Force.
Mr. Hubbard is the President of IP-HC and /has been in partnership with the Smart Switch for several years. He currently serves as the President jointly managing day to day operations,
Mr. Hubbard was Proximity Marketing Manager for Renewal by Andersen Windows. He was distinguished for assisting in conducting the Marketing Department from $2.5 million to $15.5 million over the course of 4 years.
Mr. Hubbard managed a team of 12 to 15 people and acclaimed the number one team in the Company for three straight years. He also was co-owner of Millennium Construction and Consulting LLC. The Company was a contract design firm for installing fiber optic cable, copper and coax wire. Several of the Company’s clients included US West, AT&T, MCI and TCI.
Sylvester C. Maier, Jr.
Mr. Maier is co-owner in IP-HC to include the Continuation-in-Part, and coinventor in the 2nd Patent-Pending Smart Switch with Mr. Haynes. He has owned, co-owned and operated several autonomous sales and marketing companies.
One of these companies was responsible for securing capitol for private enterprises and ventures. Following his honorable discharge from the US Air Force, he returned to Oklahoma State University and completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in
General Education. He is a retiree from United Air Lines as a flight crew member.
